Club Sup was born out of the 2020 lockdowns, launching in March 2021 with an intimate gathering of 12 strangers around a shared table. These early guests came together to connect over meals curated by the club's founder, Sophie McIntyre.

Fast forward to 2024, and we've hosted over 100 suppers and events across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, bringing together more than 1,000 people. What began with shared dinners has expanded to include experiences like Book Swap, Lunch Club, and 40+ Lunch Club.

We've partnered with renowned brands including Ganni, The Ordinary, The Shameless Book Club, Lui, Sheet Society, kit., and more. At the heart of everything we do is a love for food, which we believe is the ultimate unifier—whether it’s a humble share-house dinner inspired by lockdown or an indulgent feast marking a special milestone.

Club Sup was created to offer a much-needed pause in our fast-paced modern lives, a chance for people to reconnect with others—and themselves. Every event is thoughtfully prepared with curiosity and care, infused with a touch of nervous excitement.

Each year, we invite our guests to gather with purpose—around communal tables, in interactive classes, or at unique events. We encourage stepping outside comfort zones and engaging with strangers because we know how to create meaningful experiences.

At Club Sup, conversations replace screen time, save for the occasional phone number exchange. By the end of each event, the invisible barriers between strangers dissolve. The room transforms into a space buzzing with warmth and connection as strangers become friends.

Beyond the events, these connections continue to grow—into pub meetups, Sunday night lasagnes, and Friday night drinks. At Club Sup, the magic starts with a meal but grows into so much more.
