Snack plate
I have been eating like this for a long time and most recently it has been articulated as “girl dinner” although I just see it as a way to eat a little bit of all my favourite things in one sitting whilst also being nutritiously balanced
For this plate I really just used some leftover potatoes and everything that was in a jar in the fridge
Ingredients
Bread Pickles
½ a tomato
Cheddar Cheese 2 slices
5 green olives
½ a carrot
½ a Lebanese cucumber
1 slice of baguette
Method
Chop what needs to be chopped and assemble on to plate – take a pic
